Look of the Week: Colorblocking!

This week's Look of the Week is colorblocking! Inspired by this spread in Vogue Germany, we decided to interpret it for real life! The solid, bold colors definitely make a statement. The best part about colorblocking is that the clothes speak for themselves, so accessories are at a minimum. With this look we've given her a warm tone and the colors are pretty similar to each other so it seems cohesive (though wilder color combos are always welcome!). Either way it's a look that will definitely prove your style against all the browns, greys and blacks of winter wardrobes!

We LOVE this mustard, double-breasted sweater. It matches so well with the rust color of the suede blazer and magenta of the skirt. It's a great piece that could be worn with many other colors!

The magenta skirt is adorable with its front pleat and matching belt. In this instance, the matching belt works perfectly so as not to take away from how well the colors work together.

And why not top of the unaccessorized outfit with a pair of cool shades (with a pop of pink, no less!)

Et voila! A colorblocked look that will shine all winter long!
