{Look of the Week}: Window Dressing

It's window time again! For the fall window we wanted to do something that would reference some of the motifs that will be featured in the store. I of course gravitated toward the South Western style that we're planning on showcasing. I decided to construct a large scale squash blossom necklace because they are my favorite thing in the it's something you can see from far away! After completing the window I decided to keep rolling with the South Western vibe and make the Look of the Week match! Swing by and check out the new window and our new Look of the Week and have a great Labor Day Weekend!
The pieces of the necklace are made of painted cardboard that I cutout and assembled.
The backdrop is the coolest vintage fabric I've ever seen! I found it in our secret fabric hoard upstairs, all it needed was a good steam!
After gluing the turquoise pieces to the silver cutouts and strung them together like a regular necklace.
It's hard to get a picture through the window, but look at that beautiful sky!
Who doesn't love a red, suede, fringe, leather skirt!?!
I feel that turquoise jewelry goes with pretty much everything.
Isn't the print on this polyester shirt awesome!?!
Come on in and get yourself ready for fall with a blanket skirt and a cozy sweater!
