Front Porch Fall

Fall is officially here!  The weather is perfect here in the bluegrass and I'm ready to deck everything out for autumn.  One of my favorite areas to decorate for any season is the front porch.  I have one rule when it comes to fall decorating: you can NEVER have too many pumpkins.  When in doubt, add more pumpkins!  I'm always on the hunt for unique pumpkins and gourds every year, and this year I have already found some great ones at the local farmer's market and Trader Joe's.  I love to mix all different sizes, shapes, and colors.  Some of my other porch decorating essentials include corn stalks, mums, lettuce plants, and dried hydrangeas.  It really doesn't take much to make your porch look super festive for fall.  Even on a budget you can go gather some dried leaves, pine cones, and sticks from your backyard and make a fabulous fall arrangement for free!  There are so many possibilities for decor: classic orange and black Halloween, spooky Halloween, rustic and natural, bright and colorful, and everything in between!  Below I've compiled some of my all-time favorite fall porch inspirations:
